Since our foundation sixteen years ago, we have developed and grown a global writers network, a virtual community of content experts able to support the editorial needs of our customers.

Our Global Writers Network allows us to continuously strengthen our position as a leading international customer reference expert. In 2008 we produced approximately 300 customer references in 31 countries and in 38 languages. In our home market, in Europe and beyond, we engage local copywriters to fill in the local content of our customer-centric reference programs. We can team up with local expertise in almost any country of the world, and do so regularly with some 50 expert writers in as many countries.

The network is managed by our in-house project managers, all of whom have a strong linguistic background and years of experience in managing international virtual teams. Although currently focused on technology and healthcare, our virtual community allows us to quickly expand our knowledge to other specialist markets or industries.
